Hi there -

I was asked to post this here, not sure if this is the correct place for it, though. Is this a reseal or factory sealed Gameboy Color game:

http://imgur.com/a/Dp5uM......

And again apologies if the pics are too dark, I should have taken better ones, I can add better ones if needed in a day or so.

^ I'd like to see pictures of the top flap, and better ones of the bottom.

If your question is in the context of VGA grading, due to the bulging I doubt that'd grade well.

I don't see an H seam across the back - I'm not 100% sure if GBC has seal variants. If there is a chance of it being real, much better pics will be needed.

I'm looking for a mint, factory sealed Dragon Ball Advanced for gameboy advance, let me know!

I don't see an H-seam across the back, there is a very faint line running about 3/4 of the way down along the back, but it doesn't go all the way across, and it doesn't look like a seam, more like a knife had lightly grazed it. I just added many more pics here, appreciate it if you could take a look at them:

Appreciate you folks talking a look at it and hope you can provide me with some good info.

Considering your can still find new copies for like $20, and given the state of that smashed box, I wouldn't lose too much sleep over whether it's a reseal or not.

It's more for improving my own knowledge than anything else. Bought this recently from a seller who claimed it was new factory sealed, but it doesn't feel right to me, but I definitely could be wrong, I'm no expert. Just coming here for verification one way or another.

Use goo gone put a little on there and let it sit for a few minutes then use a q tip in a circular motion until it's removed

Actually I never put goo gone on a box. If you do too much or do it too close to vent holes it could seep into the seal. I soak the q tip in good gone, lightly scrub the area and let it sit. Then I use the other enday to dry it off and scrub it clean.

Whatever you do, try it on a cheap game before attempting on anything expensive.

Goo gone on the terry cloth or q-tip, never the box. And use it sparingly.

Good ideas and good point about being near vent holes or a seam. Luckily mine is in an open area

Anyone have experience with the stuff that they look at most? For instance, I just sent a game in with a great seal, very clean, no corners coming through, etc. But the game box is warping sightly on front. Am I looking at getting docked big time for that? It's my first submission btw

they usually take off more for damage or wear on the front as opposed to the back or sides but how much they deduct im not sure of.

Need more guidance. My invoice ID I'm assuming is just my invoice number in the upper right corner of the invoice, but when I key it in the tracker in VGA website it gives me no results. It was projected to be completed by the 22nd but I've received no emails yet. Is this normal at all?

It isn't that unusual for them to run a couple of days behind, especially on the slower tiers. I'd email them Monday and politely ask about the status of your order since it was scheduled to be ready by now.

if your completion date was the 22nd which was yesterday then they will more than likely be released to you on Monday its usually the day after the completion that grades are released but it being the weekend and running behind like jone said. I had a few games that were supposed to graded weds but they did not grade them until today.

also they will not go out of their way to email you the grades you have to request them by email and that invoice id tracker has never really worked they were supposed to update that a long time ago but never did.

OK that makes me feel a little better. I just didn't want it pushed back another week. But if I hear nothing by Monday I'll get ahold of them. Their website wasn't super user friendly so I figured maybe it was just an issue with the tracker. Thanks guys
