He can't leave negative feedback if he never pays.

Give him more time then 48 hours. I try and give em up to four days or so. He'll JJGames took forever to pay for an item and I shop with them all the time. But after four days drop that hammer!

I had a person this week buy a game that was listed with buy it now pay immediately. Got their item packed and to the post office the same day. While one day later they messaged me saying they want to cancel the order. They decided they can't afford the game because they can't pay their bills. Complete time waster. Wasted my time and money so this piece of trash could get their game quickly. So aggravating! Drop the hammer on them ! I have no patience or respect for these kind of people.

Correction, I believe they can, but you can also get it removed.  Your account may show a negative for up to a week or so while you fight it.

Then he kept giving me excuses like he did not receive my invoice and he cannot login to Paypal (says he's locked out). I know I can submit an unpaid item claim after he hasn't paid in 48 hours, but then he can still leave me negative feedback, correct? Any way to avoid that?
I think you've been considerate enough to help the buyer with his initial request.

Althought I don't understand the logic being not logging into paypal. How is he communicating with you then?!

I don't see how he could leave negative feedback if he hasn't even paid. Regardless you can get that removed by ebay

Paypal is having some issues with some people right now due to their not-so-perfect merger with billmelater's systems. I had to do a password recovery, and my address book showed 60+ home addresses.

Yeah eBay itself had some issues recently and some people even bought things without buying them. Dealing with a similiar situation myself.

really? that seems kind of reactionary, particularly for shipping. half the ebay listings I see have jacked up shipping charges becaues the seller doesn't know what they are doing and picks 2 day priority express or something to ship 3 carts for $20.
