I really like the Mega Man one, he carved it weird so that the inside of the pumpkin was not fully cut out.

Also love the Link one. The Mortal Kombat one I saw on tv by the guy who made it, its actual called "The Lawn Gaurd" or something like that. He also made a pumpkin eating another one which was pretty cool.

The Mario's Face one is excellent, doesn't even look like a pumpkin. Mario vs Bowser one I like too. The Mortal Kombat Finishing Move one cracked me up, very funny. That Shodow of the Colossus one, looks like it was carved on the inside part of the pumpkin? And the BoBomb is absolutely adorable!
