Hello,

I'm a retro developer and was thinking about what to make next. I was thinking of making an NES power pad into a controller, but probably not many people would want that.  If you have an idea for soemthing let me know, I created a survy. please share the link so we can get as many ideas as possible! thanks!

I have made a converter to play game gear with an NES controller, goes well with the game gear tv mod

Made the nes advantage controller to wirelessly control a robot, like in ghost busters

Made a MP3 player cartridge for game gear

Nes controller recorder, records button presses and can replay them to replay games exactly the same again.

NES to Turbografx/PC Engine controller adapter or mod kit. It's doable but it's a pain in the butt to fit it back into the NES controller shell, let alone gracefully.

PC-Engine controllers are just too stiff, plus they're expensive.

Reverse engineer the widebody 64 so we can play Gameboy, Gameboy Color and Gameboy Advance games on N64.

Alternatively, just make a way for any Gameboy/Gameboy Color game to be playable using the regular transfer pak on N64.

Rather than modding the internals of the controller why not just make a port adapter?

Either would be great. I think it's just because it's simpler to replace a chip in a circuit than to add a chip and these controller projects are mostly done by nerds, not mass market Hyperkin type people.

There must be reason there's never been an NES (or anything) to TG16/PCE adapter though. Is TG16/PCE just that unpopular? Like Raphnet sells a SNES to PS1 converter, how many people could possibly need something like that?

Ask the guy at raphnet to design one. It’s what he does

SCART cable for NTSC GameCube? RGB goodness for GB/GBC/GBA through the GameBoy Player would be sweet.

Got any more info on this? I was considering making this exact thing for speed running / TAS / scripting purposes but never got around to it. If you have something already done that does similar things, I'd definitely be interested in it.

I want a single power brick with daisy chained ends that allow me to power multiple systems using only a single brick.

I think the issue would be that not all systems probably need the same voltage. I have one of these for my guitar pedal board and it really cleans up the set up.

just a high quality brick with all 4 connections for a genesis, genesis 2 ,32X, and sega cd would be nice..  I think they're all 10V dc with different plugs

If you have any GBA signage or kiosk I would be interested. Please send me a PM because I'm only here about once a month now but I'm still VERY interested in large system signage or small playable kiosks related to the GBA.

I'd like to see something designed so one could play supervision or gamate games on the tv. I'd like something similar dibs for game king, though if using the game king iii machine, it makes things much clearer for playing.

Supervision and gamate though, maybe there was a tv adaptor made years ago, but if so it's rare and expensive. Those handhelds have horrible screens, and I'd just like to be able to play bthe games and see what's actually bgoing on!
