I've heard that's the last hidden gem.

Found this at Walmart today on top of a pile of $5 DVDs. Still sealed and even had one of those black disk anti-theft device things still wrapped around it. It rang up as "DVD GAME" for $20.

I wonder what the story behind this guy is.

That looks to be the price it goes for on ebay, so not sure. Interesting enough to find it in a store, regardless.

Isn't the GTA trilogy rare on Xbox? It's that or some dual pack that can be worth a few bucks, don't think it's the PS2 one though.

Still cool to find PS2 games in stores though. I should hide a Switch game in a pile of DVDs and see if I can dig it up 10 years from now.

Ah, so you found the secret room, eh? Bask in the glory of a Mario Trilogy, a Pair of Zeldas and a Sextet of Megamans. Yes this is the little grey box that could and continues to do. What lies ahead is entirely up to you. YOU DECIDE

Good pickings at the local thrift store today. Bought everything below for just over $37 after tax. All the PS1 discs are in decent shape and Ticket to Ride has all the cards and pieces.

I stopped into my local thrift store to look for cheap action figures; found a unopened copy of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate hidden among some DVDs. Paid $2.50 .

I came across a small score about a week ago: I decided to stick my head into a Gamestop I was walking past while doing other errands. I browsed the Wii shelf and for whatever reason I pulled off their only copy of Speed Racer. The cover was the 1st print foil cover which isn't that interesting, but when I opened the case I discovered it still had all the paperwork including the movie ticket voucher. I've never come across a Speed Racer foil copy with the voucher still included. I picked up the game for $3 to add it to my Wii shelf.
