Snapped another good Stubbs pic!  

I got a 25 pound cat that absolutely doesn't know it's a cat. Falls behind places/cowardly jumls, making me rescue him about every 3 monthes from the harrowing experiences such as being stuck on top of the refrigerator or behind the couch. Not a smart cat but wouldn't hurt a fly. Well, intentionally.. He thinks he is a lap cat and with his unique skill at having no cat reflexes, falls of said laps. Wouldn't trade him for the world though. Was the last cat left out of his liter, which was I think about 6 kittens. Not a smart cat, but a welcome addition to the house in any case. Turns 7 in a few months. Couldn't be a happier cat  

I've never had a cat or a dog before-

Stubbs was givin me some serious attitude the other day when it was time for me to go back to work. Just look at that attitude! She's got that, Just dont even think about it, look!  

We had cats before I was even born and never stopped. We have a good bit of land and the neighbors have barns with pests to eat so it's like a commune of cats. A lot of our cats are getting older so the population's going to go down again plus a few are going to live with the amish as they need some cats on the farm. We actually seem to be a nursing home for cats as every time a stray shows up it's older than sin. I prefer cats to people.

I just wanted to take the time to give the happy news that my best friend Jamiee is now five calendar years old, or 36 in cat years (you start at 24 at two calendar years old, then add one for every quarter)!

And my two kitties are 8+ years old now... But Kali still stays on my lap for a good 20+ minutes every morning, demanding petting. Anubis is not lap or cuddle happy, but he is always around me and my brother.
Those two mean so, so much to me.

And on that note and to do a little Christmas in July sort of deal (fun fact: In Japan they do "Christmas in August" instead)...even if her language is a bit unladylike you gotta love where she found the kitty  




 

But what about the great illustrative video that popped up last week showing the difference between cats and dogs where the dog helps a fallen toddler and the cat intentionally TRIPS a toddler?    


 

Well you know what they say about fury and a woman scorned right? Well that's nothing compared to THIS woman (the four legged meow meow kind) who saw her four year old best friend on his trike in danger!

All I know is there is a cat that loves killing our garden and I'm dreaming about ways to murder it
