My wife got me a sandwich from Starbucks that was good. Roasted tomato, mozzarella and pesto on focaccia.

Very cool!  Yeah their breakfast pizza is stupid good  .  Now we have modern Kum N Go's popping up everywhere that try to compete, but it's not the same!  Next time you're around the midwest, breakfast is on me  .

 

So after reading this posting this morning I headed over to Caseys off HWY 75 to see what the fuss is about.  Holly Heck!!!  Egg, Bacon and some kind of creamy sauce on the pizza....SOOOO Good!!  Not sure about healthy...but delicious!!!

Lmao how awesome is that!  Once you give in to Casey's crack, there's no going back  .

I personally prefer the sausage, but will happily snag a bacon if that's all they got up.

Ok, last note about this stuff - I am such a big fan that I order a full breakfast pizza for breakfast on my birthday every year.  Haha I'm a dork.

Nice!  I may add peanut butter to my oats and blueberries Sunday morning.  But I'll be cooking biscuits and sausage patties for the fam to eat.  Making your body eat itself is a bitch.

I eat this 5 out of seven days, I usually have some avacado as well, but the only ripe one is gonna be used for dinner tonight.

Actually bacon and eggs support weight loss.

I used to eat an egg every day. One week we ran out so I ate other stuff. Lost 12 pounds that week. Anecdotal to be sure, but also a fact. 

I like eggs. I like cereal. Not gonna say one is better all the time. 

Pro tip: save your bacon fat and use it instead of butter for toast, grilled cheese, or fried eggs. Delicious.

just a year ago, those would have been breakfast beers. I’m getting old and it’s harder to stay in shape. Self preservation my man! I wanna live forever.

haha I hear ya. I’m trying to cut down on drinking too. Not easy. I’ve made great changes in food but what do you replace booze with?

I don’t. I just don’t have beer with breakfast. I’ve also been trying to cut down. Definitely not easy. Lemme know if you think of anything and I’ll do the same. 😜
