I've often wondered if this would ever come to a NES repro, but I am sure it is probably some nutty pirate mapper.

there was one on ebay a few days ago. it ended with no bids twice. you could try contacting the seller.

I can probably get a repro made of this if you need one.

Please PM me. I have the rom file for it and I can check with my repro makers to see if someone is willing to do it.

I do know that someone is working on a hack called Super Mario Unlimited that should work.

the rom I'm looking at 

Super Mario World (Full Version) [p1].nes

says mapper 90, which is the "crazy chinese pirate mapper". if you know how to put a mapper 90 game on a nes donor I would love to know.

Last I heard this game isn't something that can be easily repro'd.

I've come into possession of this cart some times in the past, if I ever have it again I'll let you know(if you don't have it by then =p).

Mapper 90? Nice task Very nice mapper. Very interesting. Much more interesting, than Rockman 6-in-1.
