I picked this up on eBay last night because I had never seen it before and it wasn't in the accessory database that I could find. Here's the auction.

It's from the Challenger series, but I've never seen a box for it (only seen one other loose one before), so it definitely seems to be a very rare joystick. The Challenger "series" include one controller called the Challenger, that doesn't seem to be in the database yet, and the Challenger extension cables:

Notice that the joystick you won is part of the artwork on the box of the extension cables
