Hey guys, so I've been wanting to do this for a while, (I know you can buy the Portable NES with the 2" screen, I have one... but I wanted a larger screen and one that accepts a Classic Controller,

So, I started with a Generation NEX that I found "not working" at a game store for $10, then popped it in a wooden cigar box i found for $4, then found a 7" LCD DVD player with 7" screen at Target for $60, so I simply used the extra 7" screen, and with a little cutting, gluing, and re-organizing everything, I'm super happy with the outcome!!

Check out the somewhat fuzzy pics, and let me know what you think,

Had to move a few things, but in the end, it plays Famicom and NES titles perfectly, and has a 12 Volt Car adapter, and a audio jack,

what do you think?

Thanks,

Zwario

I am amazed almost daily on this site by other people's talents, ingenuity and skill.

This is a cool project.

I can't even make a piece of toast without burning it.
