I recently found an old newspaper article with an advertisement for Nintendo games, here in Austalia.

One of the games on the advertisement is "Mario Bros. II".
It is not the same as "Super Mario Bros. II", as that is also on the list.

A quick Google finds "Mario Bros. II" to be rare.. https://www.reddit.com/r/gamecoll...

NA's database has this: http://nintendoage.com/index.cfm?...
But obviously that's Brazil only.

Is there another Mario Bros. II, other than the Brazil one?

Here's the list, FYI..

Any ideas?

Hey Braveheart69, have you verified the chip inside the cart to be an official Nintendo one?

There was a guy who had a copy but never did it and never posted a pic of the inside.

Braveheart69's game is a bootleg, albeit a nice one. I used to have one like it, with box.

I have that Brazilian "Mario Bros II" game by Mania. It's just a straight pirate of the original Super Mario Bros. I'm guessing the ad just made a mistake.
