Very cool. I'll have to check my multicarts for this rom (as either Dream Mary or Fancy Mario)

How'd you get it?

It's just flipped mirroring. You can do it with many of the early NES games that had mirroring on the board itself instead of in the mapper.

 

I bought some nes game boards online and it was in the bunch with the messed up graphics so I decided to do something different with it.
