Hey guys,

Just wondering which NES systems are worth the most out there? I have one with a red sticker on the bottom and all my others do not have that. The serial number on the red sticker NES is in the 33 million production numbers. So Im just wondering what you think?

I don't think there is much of a difference in value unless you run into someone that really wants a high or low production number. I could be wrong but I don't think there is any difference in the hardware like there is with various Sega systems.

the ones worth the most are the NES top loaders that use the Snes style multi out port because you could only get one if you complained to nintendo and got it traded out.

I don't think any toaster is going to be more valuable than any other provided it works properly

If you have any GBA signage or kiosk I would be interested. Please send me a PM because I'm only here about once a month now but I'm still VERY interested in large system signage or small playable kiosks related to the GBA.

Yup, if you find a toploader with AV out built in (factory of course) you could be sitting on a gold mine.

I'd pay quite a bit for a N0000 or lower toaster.

I too would pay a lot for a N0000999 or under NES. I would really pay a lot for number N0000900 because I have N0009000 cib.

I was looking through Craigslist and some dude was selling his NES with that in his description. He stated it was a -001 which goes for $13,000 so only legit offers.

I'd probably pay a bit more for a low serial number, since if it's under like 100k, it's likely from the test release in New York and California. Those NES systems also have a different, smooth texture on the top of the system.

I own one of these but IIRC it doesn't work properly, needs to be fixed but IDK how

New systems under 100,000 would carry a premium imo

I sold mine, but it was over 100k and in the test run. They had 250000 they test marketed minus I guess how many serial numbered units they kept for themselves for one reason or another. Mine was in the low 200k if I remember right and you can find it in that old nes serial number registry on here in the forum.
