I have an opinion on the subject.

I Work for pokemon-legendary.com, a french websitecentered on the ROMs-hacking, which lists a maximum of ROMs related pokémon as well as multiple software ROMs-hacking.
I have with me a single piece too, which is very rare: a DS cartridge distribution of Palkia / Dialga / Giratina, the recent nintendo store event.

But I said that on the contrary, make it public makes most precious physical object, and I also said that I do not have the right to keep to myself a rare piece, and I share as I may.
I would like to talk with you about it privately (email, Skype, IRC, etc ...) to the minium recover a maximum info about this cartridge. Is this possible?

A few questions;

Where did you obtain such a piece?
Would you be interested in selling?
Why can you not release a ROM because it's unique? Unless you work for Nintendo they would have no way of tracking you surely.

Maybe you said this somewhere, but one of these is for sale on ebay. Any chance thus is you? If so can you now say anything else? If not, then that means this isn't one of a kind, but both sound exactly the same in terms of functionality and completeness. Just wondering about this because this is basically the Holy Grail of Pokemon collecting.

The Azure Flute isn't really useful nowadays since Pokemon Bank blocks transfer of any Arceus caught that way to the current gen. The only Arceus you can transfer forward are the ones obtained through the giveaway events that they actually did.

Really cool to know that this exists, though. Shows that they weren't planning on scrapping the flute method until close to the end. I still think their reasoning behind it is dumb, but whatever.

The video/pics link is dead, anyone have a mirror? I'm a little skeptical that this is real without visual proof.
