This was a cancelled fantasy rail shooter by Capcom that was to be released as part of the Capcom 5, basically several games that were to be released for GC in its early years, and included ones that saw the light of day like P.N. 03.
It seems interesting, but I'm not sure how far it got. I think I did hear someone say they had one and that what you see in its promotional trailer was as far as it got. Does anyone know much about it?
