And have eliminated all the fun it has brought to MILLIONS of Bloggers, Collectors, Gamers, Ebayers, Music Remixers.... What would we have to talk about?
You weren't one of those two or three that actually bought it were you?

I happen to have a variant that isn't in that picture. It's a 023-N507 Rev. A with a solid blue label and green PCB. So that makes atleast 6 variants.

That IS a known variant listed by Jason @NGD. I was unable to photo it because I don't have one. Wish I did.... Is that one for sale?

I know Im a little late to the party but...
I recently acquired a version of Action 52 with the black PCB. It heats up and the game starts to fuzz out after aboot 2 minutes. Does anyone else have this issue?
Im wondering if this is an know issue with the black version of this game, and perhaps seen a limited realese or recall do to this. Or if I just bought a bunk copy.

It could be some sort of bad solder jont on the board- or a bad resister. Nes games don't typically have heat problems from what I understand.

Hi, I'm new to this forum and I landed here because I was searching for more information and possibe value of black action 52 cart which I have in my collection.

My cart is heating too, I thought it was nothing to be concerned of until I heard of your "fuzzing out" problem. Perhaps your cart got burned or maybe it got damaged some other way?

Also here is some differences I've found from this cart compared to regular one:
-all games work
-Billy Bob skips to Cheetahmen level 4 if you reach level 4 in Billy Bob
-music seems to play slower at least in Cheetahmen

Does a black mobo/blue sticker mean anything as far as variants when it comes to action 52? I see a black board posted with no sticker, would this be the same just with a sticker? And any clue why or where the stickers come from.

I haven't seen this kind of cart before. I believe the label makes it more rare case.

You can tell if the contents are the same or at least somewhat the same as the regular black cart if Alfred n the Fettuc and Jigsaw works on it.

Cool looking Action 52. It look's like your copy falls somewhere in between the proto and promo version.

Is it possible the purple stickers were given away, or included with some of the packages? I have a Black PCB variant with the purple sticker, which, when peeled back, reveals the clear sticker underneath. The purple stickers really don't seem to fit well and usually appear as if they were applied by hand.

My guess would be that sticker was applied by the retailer.  I have the identical cart here, without the sticker (or any evidence of the sticker left behind
