I found this "Easy Play Instructions" sheet inside an NES Fun House box.
Almost twice as long as the NES box on thick paper it comes folded in half.
Did a little searching and didn't see anything about this company.
Any others like this turn up in the past?

Interesting. I remember Funcoland having one-sheet instruction cards they included with some 16 bit games, printed on stiff colored paper. It's possible this was a similar effort by a retailer. Surprised there isn't more info, however. Have you tried tracking down the company in some kind of registry?
