In the process of moving, 2 of the connector caps on my AV/SVideo switch box got damaged and won't snap back onto the unit, does anyone know where I can buy some replacements? Thank you

You might just have to replace the whole socket. Fortunately Pono sockets aren't too expensive.

the socket still works, and it can't be removed without removing all of them from what I've seen opening it up. just the caps won't fit on there anymore
