There are some pretty famous "creepypasta" stories around, off the top of my head "Lavender Town Syndrome" and some other stuff from Lavender Town from Pokemon Red/Blue, guy talks about them here

The other one I can think of is "Ben Drowned" from Majora's Mask, a quick googling might pull up the story.

This can also be seen on a stage, off in the distance, in Super Mario Galaxy http://i.crackedcdn.com/phpimages...

Nobody's sure what it is

I remember reading one huge, like novella-sized story about a kid who bought a possessed copy of Majora's Mask from a yard sale and all the creepy stuff that the game did with video evidence of it happening. Like the kids soul was stuck inside the game. I'd find the link but I'm at work right now, definitely a very creepy and interesting read though.

On a more serious note, I've played EarthBound today for so long, I feel all tense and mentally worn out.
Then you called your mother and felt better?

Another one that i found very disturbing, is the killswitch game in 1989, but i don't know if its real or fake. Anyone Know?

Killswitch, was released in 1989 in Russia. Unlike other games, Killswitch could only be played once, deleting itself upon completion. Only 5,000 copies of the game were ever made. In 2005, an unused copy of Killswitch was bought at auction for $733,000 by a mystery man from Japan. While the gentleman intended to film his gameplay, only one video ever surfaced. It was a 45 second clip of the man staring at the screen, crying.

The author probably said that so people wouldn't get nightmares.  It has to be real, it has to be.  I'm going to keep believing it is real, because if it's not real that would just be so sad.

Probably because it was just ET with a repro Killswitch label... I'd cry too if i found out i spent $733,000 on that game

Tons of retro nerds on the site and no mention of Polybius anywhere?

Got any of these for sale? Sell them to me. I also buy other NES Publisher inserts, and even GB/GBC, and SNES inserts too.
