Switch Owners: Where is the facility ID and ROM version located on a Switch game?

I ask because I have an answer post on another site I try to keep updated, regarding version checking of Nintendo games.

What I'm talking about is that 2-digit stamp, with a letter added to the end of it if it's an updated ROM version that's on the back of NES, SNES and N64 carts, or impressed on the the front label of games like Game Boy or GBA games.

Where is this for a Switch game?  Thanks guys.

I looked around my copy of BoTW and I'm not sure they still do that, I couldn't find it anywhere. Closest I could find was on the back of the game: HAC-008, but I don't think that's it.
