Thanks! That's a handy resource!
As far as DuckTales goes, I have no idea about the proto cart itself, only that I've seen the NSF for it. A quick search yields someone else talking about how its differences are well documented, but you dont' see anything about that-

The moon theme is the same but slower, so that's not the most interesting, but there is an entirely different Transylvania song-
I can't find NSFs for the following (I'll be sure to mention these over at NESdev):
-Bashi Bazook: Morphoid Masher
-Dragon Wars
-Escape From Atlantis
-Exerion (I'll have to double check, but I believe the one I have is the commercial JP version)
-Free Fall
-Happy Camper
-Hit the Ice
-Mike Ditka's Big Play Football
-Squashed
-Tower of Radia
-Uforce Power Games
Do Earthbound/ Mother, Makai Island, Jack the Giant Slayer, Mike Tyson's Intergalactic Power Punch, and Taro's Quest all have the same music as the commercial releases that did come out? I think we can also cross Mickey Mouse Dream Balloon off the list, since there is the original Famicom release and the Kid Klown port. Scarbeus doesn't have music so we can pass on that one too.
I have located the soundtracks for:
-Adventures of Dr. Franken
-Airball
-Buzz and Waldog
-California Raisins
-CrossFire
-Drac's Night Out
-Poke Block
-Robocop vs The Terminator
-Secret Ties
-Star Trek V: The Final Frontier
-Sunman
-Thomas the Tank Engine
-Time Diver Eon Man (I had already tagged an NSFE for this, funny I forgot about it)
-Titan Warriors
-Xybots
I'm most excited on Thomas the Tank Engine! I thought I had tagged all the NES soundtracks by the Follin Bros. Awesome. Secret Ties is probably the best of this batch too...
