Happy Father's Day everyone! Hope all the Dad's out there get to relax a bit today and spend some time with their families.
We'd also like to thank all the dad's that spurted out all of our contest participants many decades ago as well.
Q-Bert seemed to surprise many a player this week with it's surprising difficulty.
The concept is simple, but mastery happens only with Rain Man like forsight. You either have it this week - or you don't.
At the moment a small group of elite players have a firm grip on the Red Falcon's domain.
The Update is stat heavy this week, so grab a cup of coffee (or a shot of rum) and see if the list of statistics can help you gaze into the future of the NA Contests.

A PAIR OF "OLD GUARDS" AND "NEW GUARDS" SIT ATOP THE SCOREBOARD FOR Q-BERT
Two Top performers from the 2013 Q-bert contest are miles ahead of the pack this week along with the top two 2016 Season Leaders
mbd39 provided a high water mark earlier this week when he posted the final scores from the 2013 Q-bert contest. With participants struggling to achieve simply a participation score at the time, it looked as if the gladiators of the past were miles above
what this year's crew was capable of.
Take a quick look at the top 3 scorers from 3 years ago...
1. Elkovsky - 142,760pts
2. gutsman004 - 117,680pts
3. Krunch - 101,640pts
Anybody on this list look familiar? They should.
Gutsman004 and Krunch are still battling in the contests and are once again among the top scorers.
Guts normally excels at sports titles, but was the first one to drop a bomb on the scoreboards this week with his current score of 137,430. His score has stood for most of the week and he is currently in 2nd place.
Krunch is the contests resident artist and is known for is expertise in the puzzle genre. His score is currently 106,810 and he is currently sitting in 4th place.
Both players have already topped their scores from 3 years ago.
Even buttheadrulesagain appeared from the dusty hallows of contest past to fire a shot at the scoreboards this week posting up a 21,040 score.
But, the 2016 version of Q-bert is not without some new talent.
Enter the Prodigy (Brock Landers) and Human Cyborg (bertsampson).
These two are currently the best the current contest has to offer and they have been able to crack Q-bert's code.
Brock is currently 2nd overall in points this season and has the top score in Q-bert at the moment at 145,200.
Bert is the overall season points leader and is sitting at 3rd place this week with 125,220.
Everyone else is at least 40,000 points behind.
Q-bert is an incredibly difficult game to master.
Will the "New Guard" hang on to claim victory this week, or will the "Old Guard" fire off one more shot to hold on to Q-bert supremacy?

It is still possible that someone who has not even joined the contests yet could appear and take the whole thing!
Is there a formerly retired contest gladiator that will appear from the shadows to take command?
Will someone outside the top ten step up their game and crash the scoreboards?
Can the current leaders pad their stats and continue their dominance atop the rest of the pack?
If the current Q-bert scores hold, it looks like gutsmann004 and Krunch could crack the top 10 this week.
We'll keep an eye out for any movers and shakers and provide another look at the top 10 in 6 weeks.
