Might be nitpicking, but I think it'd be good to note when a game was released in another region. Also, the list's missing the PAL version of Adventure Island III.

So there is a confirmed Police Academy prototype? Also, has the full game for Jack The Giant Slayer been discovered? If I remember correctly, Jack the Giant Slayer was only half the game. However, I might be wrong. Maybe The Redeye will chime in.

From what I understand, it's been confirmed to have never existed.

I thought that the prototype was confirmed because Hellraiser was "Incomplete" in this thread list.

Currently, only the Adventure Island III has been confirmed for the unreleased PAL version.
There should still be a prototype of the unreleased PAL version that I do not know. Can someone who knows something tell me about it?

I'm fairly certain that the original programmmer has the game in his possession in some form but will not release it for legal reasons. I'm not aware of any picture of an actual prototype or any screenshots ever being shown anywhere.
