Today we did the following:

Backed up our databases, off-site
Updated SQL Server 2005 to SP4 RTM
Reorganized all mid-fragmentation indexes
Rebuilt all high-fragmentation indexes
Updated all database statistics

Total downtime: 37 minutes

Gotta say, I didn't know what to do with myself for 37 min today. Didn't realize how integral a part NA is to my work day, lol
