So this user has many "custom" boxes and show no markings of being reproductions (that I can see).
All blue-chip titles - I assume we should report this seller to ebay to get these taken down.

The worst is they're selling pretty well too. I've just reported all his current listings.

I just sent him a message and asked if it had reproduction on it. But it says there waterproof. So there are made with different material then the original. So you would know if it was a fake or not.

Yes, someone with experience handling the box would most-likely know it's a fake. But it just seems wrong (unethical?) to not label it as such - usually in the seal of quality or like Timewalk did - where they changed the nintendo logo to their logo stylized in nintendo's font. Either way, I believe it's against ebay policy.

It's really not. Against ebay policy that is. They ARE about 25% different from the originals (Being different ink on different paper and most notably, folded differently and printed differently.) And he's clearly marked them as Customs. These are no different than people selling UGC inserts they print out.

If he were selling them as originals, and they were even SLIGHTLY closer to the originals, then he'd have full-on bootlegs and a problem. But as it is, he's just selling printouts.

Besides, I applaud him for doing he less-common games alongside the more-common games. there's a Double Dragon one in there! Isn't one of the most-often paranoid complaints about this that these people "Only do high-end games" ?

I just don't know what went wrong!

I don't even own Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt yet!

Please help me begin my NES collection! I've already a Caltron 6 in 1, Cheetahmen II, and a handful of commons! I want to start with the rarest games! Bring me your Little Samsons, your Action 52s, your Panesians and your NWC's!

I have been seeing a trend with these types of shady people, selling fake boxes, labels and games for the past few years, not much we can do since all collectors are not on the same page with this issue.

If he's labeled them as custom, I don't see the issue.

He is labeling them as "custom", he says they are "equal in size to the original measures" and he is only charging $20 for a box + manual.

I would say to let him be.
