The original Gamecube controller colors were Indigo and Jet and came in a cone shaped blister pack with the "Official Nintendo Seal of Quality" with a 2001 date correct?

Were the Platinum controllers sold by themselves during the same time as the Platinum system or were they sold later? The reason I ask is because I have yet to find one with the "Official Nintendo Seal of Quality". All of the ones I've seen have the newer "Official Nintendo Seal" which would mean they were released sometime between August and December of 2003.

Were the Spice and Indigo/Clear controllers released in 2001? Did they also come in the same cone shaped blister pack?

Between the two which is more rare?

From what I remember, platinum controllers sold separately some time after the platinum console released. Not sure how long. 6 months to a year? And the orange spice controllers were released at launch or very shortly after because I had one very early on.
