I have a signed document from Kurt Cobain I've been thinking about selling for years now. Problem is I have no idea what its worth and I wouldn't know where to sell it. I had some hand written lyrics I sold years ago on ebay but I often wonder if I could have gotten more for them.

The document I have is 2 pages and is notorized. It gives Kurts lawer POA to purchase the house he later died in. The link below is the only other Kurt document I found for sale on the internet.

Can anyone offer any help? I'd much rather have rare games than a piece of paper.

WOW! Now that's cool! How did you get something like that?

Sorry, I can't be any help about selling it, but Nirvana fans are nuts. I used to be one myself, although I only had around 30 of their bootlegs (i knew guys with several hundred). I'm sure that'll fetch a small fortune.

The quality of the stuff you have always amazes me Adam...seriously. Has to be worth a few thousand easily. This is what an ebay store is great for. Slap it up at 6k with a best offer ands let it ride a month or 2.

Well thats just it. Is it worth 6K what if its worth 20k? How would I know?

I was thinking maybe a live auction house but I've never used one before. Another thing to consider is timing. Is this something which will go up dramaticlly in a few years. Again I have no idea of the Cobain market but seeing a credit slip offered for nearly 6k is promising.

I tried that. I got flamed for not accepting the $100 offers they had.

Been pretty patient. I've had it for 10 years or something already.

WOW Yea im speechless on the stuff you come up with buyatari.. That is just plain awesome man. Im a big nirvana fan but couldnt fork out cash like that, but good luck man im sure someone would. Maybe even a celebrity would be interested. Lot of musicians collect items like this, and would prolly pay an insane price for hese kinda items. Good Luck. :-)

Ya, something like this could go for a lot - I would think the key would be to get it promoted somehow.

Yes man thats a good idea with promoting it - IMO a clip on YouTube would be nice to reach people around the globe!
