I heard there is a hack for Adventure Island 4/IV in english, does anyone know anything about it this I found this youtube video 

 I would love to buy a copy.

It was released in Japan but there is no US prototype that I know of. I'm not sure that it was ever slated for a US release, but it may have been.

the game isnt too good, which is a shame because 1-3 were great.
