...Dangevin!

I want to personally thank everyone who contributed to the contest. It was a *really* tough choice for me and I almost gave up on making it. I narrowed down the results and integrated each one into the site in some way to see how the look and feel matched what I was hoping for.

After several weeks of this, I decided that I really liked Dangevin's logo, but it was needing a little something else to it: different colors!

I also needed a logo that would be recognizable in small and large form, and I think the logo works really well. I've attached the print and online formats here for you to see.

Looks more like a logo for a mortgage company than a nintendo site ... mabey some red, black , nintendo colors! It'll look good in red

Yeah, that makes sense

. It does fit the color scheme of the messege box so I guess it works. I havn't really checked out any of the other sites but you're probably right at them being all the same.

Yah the original colors that I submitted,as I was informed at a late date, included purple - one can only get so far unassisted in the graphic design ratrace with partial colorblindness lol!

Not trying to steal anyone's thunder (or thread), and terrific logo by the way, I saw several I really liked, but I'm going to be needing a logo for my operation in the near future. Just throwing that out there. The catch is, I'm not sure yet what business name I'll need it for. I will run this as a contest through Nintendo Age when I am ready to hammer down the details. If things go as planned, this could be very big. CONGRATS TO DANGEVIN!!
