Guys/Gals:

If you notice that your avatar is extending into the messages (too big), please update it with a smaller one (120x120 pixels, 100K max).

There's a bug in the software that miscalculates the width and height of progressive 24 bit JPEGs, allowing you to have an avatar twice the actual size. Because this bug isn't easy to fix with the current software, and because it's been fixed with the new code update, I'm just going to ask that until then if you notice your avatar looks massive, please take a moment and fix it.
