Definitely. I had a buddy that tried to haggle on every $3 item he found, and he had so many sellers that refused to ever cut him a deal. The same people would cut me deals because I didn't annoy them trying to save 50 cents. Another thing I noticed is that if they have something highly under value, and other things moderately over value, it can still work in your favour to pick some of them up. Found a Little Samson cart for $40, so I snagged a few $5 games that were tagged at $10, then talked the owner down to $75. Utilized what I saved over the market value to get 5 more games I didn't own yet that I would've passed on due to the price, and ended up getting them for less than market value overall. Haggling is an art, just gotta figure out the real tricks to it.

"It's always amazing to me how some of the most worthless games from a gaming perspective tend to fetch outrageous amounts of money. But then again, it could be said that something is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. I'm curious if the high bidder of the $873.04 Stadium Events (cart-only) realizes that it's nowhere nearly as rare as about 20+ games I can think of that sell for 1/10th that amount? At any rate, I wanted to draw attention to this trend: if people say it's rare, it must be true, and therefore it must be had at any price."
