Interesting... yeah I have the -FAH coded box already and it has the exact same -FAH-1 book in it that this one came with. So somewhere I need to find a what -FRA book or is there a HOL book that goes with this? Cart is FRA and it matches 5 screw for hang-tab box, seal only no codes etc... so I know that is right.

Except for all the no-code on flaps vs code on flaps, no EAN-code vs EAN-code, seal-variations on the small box-releases of SMB, there's one you seem to be missing. Big box SMB with small-box art. It was relesed in Scandinavia, dunno about other regions. You seem to have one but with red text instead of blue. Anyway here's a scan from nesdb.se:

http://www.nesdb.se/game_info/sca...

And here's an attempt to straighten things out regarding the SCN-variations of SMB. The guy who wrote it based it all on his own observations so most of it is not backed up by concrete facts. To me however, it seems to be quite reasonable.

http://nes.kreese.com/guide/guide... (in swedish, but it has many pics)
