found a r10!!!!!!!!

this isnt nintendo related but makes me happy. in a recent lot of 2600 games i picked up. i found an obelix ntsc wich is listed on atari age as a r 10! woo im excited. paid 15 for 45 games. so ruffly recieved an r10 for 34 cents.

hahah that is the funny thing the game is only worth like 50-75 does that make sense? its an r10 but only worth 75 tops. i dont get rarity and price match ups sometimes.

That sounds a lot like when I found a copy of Glib at our local donation center -- I don't collect Atari, but I saw that one of the games was Dragster (one of my all-time sentimental favorites), so I purchased all 10 games there for $5 (.50 each). I had no idea that Glib was rare until I went to AtariAge.com to look it up. Like you, I was *very* excited

nice find anymore if you find anything rarer than a 5 its a great score

Not worth much because it is loose and loose carts are nasty. Still a nice find.

Hehe, another good example that rarity doesnt always equals big cash. The huge demand must be there Anyway, its always cool to find something rare even if its not worth tons of money. Congrats!
