I thought I'd resurrect this thread to see if there's any more "Achievers" out there

I made it in with Airwolf of all things.

Ha! That's awesome! I can't tell you how many of those postcards I sent in to enter the contests or how many of what I thought were great tips I sent in to "Classified Information," but I never made it into the magazine. The worst one for me was when they had the Lost Lovels contest when Mario All Stars came out - if you made it to the end without using a warp, you had to take a picture and send it in to win a patch. I worked my ass of for that and then the picture came back with nothing but the flash reflected off the TV. I'm still mad to this day about that.

But anyway, that's freakin' sweet to have a NP that you're in!

I never made Nintendo Power, but I did make a really old issue of Game Informer. Here's a scan from issue 126 back in October 2003. My top games have changed DRASTICALLY since then. LINK

Not a NES acheiver or a Nintendo power scan but this is one of my N64 acheivements, getting into the platinum division of N64 magazines skill club back in the good old days of the late 90's.

I have never been in Nintendo Power. I do have a full page article in N+ which is Sweden's Nintendo Power. My claim to fame is being on MTV, VH1, and msNBC for the giant NES. I am also in the new Swindle magazine (this month or last month one) but I haven't seen that yet.

Hi NGD, heres the scan of it. If you'd like the high res scan of the pic, let me know and I'll bung it in a email to you etc.

I actually my copy of Swindle Magazine in the mail today. It was supposed to be a large write up with pics but turned out to be a pretty small one with no pictures Oh well, being published is still pretty freaking cool, god I am a nerd. I will scan it later and post it.

Funny story, I'm all grown up and not into Nintendo any more and I'm at this garage sale with my wife. There's a bunch of NP mags there. 

So I say, "Hey, I'm in this one". Both my wife and the garage sale woman were impressed. So shes says, here it's yours, your name's is on it.

It's in a box in storage right now. I hadn't even thought about it untill this week.

As for me, I never made it into any magazines or anything...I was actually more interested in seeing if anyone from around where I lived made the magazine.
