OH man, these are bringing back memories! That Tecmo Super Bowl was repaired by Kevin Horton, I think? I seem to remember something about it being broken. And Bionic Commando was on eBay, I remember we bought a Mega Man 3 proto from the same guy. It was the first prototype we ever dumped, I think this would have been...god, 2000? Can that be right?

The Kevin Horton repaired Tecmo Super Bowl is mine now, this one is different.

For first protos, you picked two killed games!  Huge congrats man, nice grabs!

Yup, no label damage though. Matt bought it off Buyatari who gave him a good deal because it was a Christmas present for me a few years back. Definitely the "fixed" one, though I don't actually know what was wrong with it.

As an aside, I dig the label damage on this one. Beat up protos add to the history a bit for me, don't ask me why.

You may want to watermark your photos so some a hole doesn't steal them and try to sell fake copies IMO

Nice protos Brian! I agree, the TSB label wear gives it a "working copy" feel.

Thanks peeps. Yah I gotta get used to the wear on the labels since with protos its a whole new ballgame & feel. Its really growing on me. Opened up a can of worms with these purchases, another new addiction for the wallet, great!

Yeah, my bad.  I own a TSB proto with an intact pink label, but the proto that Matt bought from Adam was the fixed version of TB:

I gotta start keeping better records of this stuff...

Does the Bionic commando have the old level layout? (the japanese one)
They fucked up the enemy placement in the Amerian release and the Japanese one is much better.
If it IS the old layout it might be cool to hack back in the nazi references and finally have a translated Japanese version basicly.

^ Yes, that would be very cool.

And congrats dude. You have some of the sickest items in your collection.

I am searching for the following SNES manuals:
- Sunset Riders    - TMNT IV: Turtles in Time      - Total Carnage
- Utopia                 - Final Fantasy II
Please PM me if you have one or all of them for sale. While I like nice condition, I am interested in anything 7/10ish up.
