So I'm currently working on completing my GameCube collection, including cover variants and disc variants. This made me notice that every single copy of 1080 Avalanche I've ever seen, including on eBay, has the code USA-01 on the disc. This is universally accepted as the SECOND production of a title, with the first just ending in USA. I have the black label version and Wal-Mart variant, and both are USA-01, and last time I checked on eBay, all copies for sale are USA-01. Is this like, the ONLY GameCube game to be printed without a first run code?
