Recently got this GBA cart as part of a trade. Currently, I can't get it to load anything on a console.... I was able to extract a .sav file from it, but I don't know where to go from here. Anyone able to help shed some light for me?

Yeah some kind of dev/demo flash cart. Since it doesnt work right off the bat, but I was able to extract a .sav (meaning theres something on it), Id want to know if anyone here knows if theres possibly a way to dump the rom. If theres a rom on it, it could be an incomplete game... But since it doesnt load up on a console (no Nintendo logo or anything), I think it may be corrupted. Since my knowledge is more on consoles than things like this, I'm asking the community to help me out

That's cool. I want to acquire a GBA dev/proto sometime. Good luck!

Try this:
Boot up a retail game and hold start and select so that the GBA waits for a link port download (Nintendo logo should disappear while the GBA with a sound you don't normally hear).

Switch cartridges.

Press B (logo may reappear with a similar sound).

Does it boot that way?

I know that this will let you switch from one game after reading the Nintendo logo from another but I don't know if the GBA checks again or not.

Still nothing, after switching carts and pressing B, Nintendo logo reappears with the ding sound, then it disappears to a blank white screen. I tried multiple times

Did you try switching the switch over to a 64Mbit size?

Yes I tried it with SW1 in both positions. SW3 is for write protection so I did not touch that one.
