Is the Fighting Simulator World Champ already dumped?
"Animal Attack" is Animal Attack Gakuen? Was it planned to be released by US as well?

It has been mass reproduced, so the game is currently available, but as for the ROM being dumped and distributed independently of the reproduction I can't say for sure.

南町奉行所(Minamimachi Bugyousho)is an animation studio, which seems to have been involved in the production of games in 1989.
