I placed an order on gamereproductions.com back in March and have still not received my purchase. I have followed up with the site numerous times and have only received automated messages and quick responses from one of the guys asking "What was your order number again?" or "What games did you order?" and then after telling them I get no further response. Is there anyone who is able to help with this? This is not a hit and I am not looking/wishing for any physical harm or anything to these guys (haha) but just some additional contact info or if someone does use this site a lot do they have more pull with them and could throw in a good word and help get this wrapped up? I've ordered from them before and have given tons of donor carts to them and while it has taken some time to receive those orders, it has never, ever been this bad.

Hah, march...listen to my story. I registered to this forum just to leave a response here.
In Februar 2016 (yes, really) I placed two orders for a SNES game + multicartridge and the other order was for a NES game which cost me ~156$ in total. I payed via Amazon gift card because I live in Germany and thought it would be the easiest method for me. I've ordered from gamereproductions.com before and received my orders back then so I trusted them.
The NES game actually arrived a few months later! However it didn't work
so I told him and well...it took him a while to respond. He wanted me to lift the side of the cartridge slightly if I was playing with a toploader (so I guess if I was using the original US/PAL NES, I was fucked?!). Well, I actually bought a Famicom toploader with an adapter not long after, tried the NES game with it and...didn't work. So I tried to contact him again about this but didn't receive a response for months.
At some point, a year passed and I haven't gotten my other order and I still had a nonfunctional NES game. And on top of that, the information on their website about my order disappeared! Apparently every order gets deleted after one year. But at the same time, I finally received a response. The person told me to place my orders again and send them the broken NES game. At some point I asked if the NES game arrived and I received a mail simply saying "Yep its here". that was on 05/10/2017. I haven't received any responses since then.
When I now try to contact them via mail, I always get an automated response saying "Will have limited email access for a few days. Will reply when I can. ". Heh, a few days...it has been MONTHS ffs!!
And if I try to contact them via the "Contact" tab on their website, I get an error message to my mail account that the message could not be send.
So just fyi, do not order from gamereproductions.com. Way too unreliable and a waste of money. I'm just gonna order repros from aliexpress from now on.
