Yes, and have smokers aka simulated fights. Can you imagine finding a guy to give Tyson a smoker at that time? I'm saying - compare him to any of his contemporaries and he is way quicker than they are now. He didn't take 12 round punishing fights like Ali. It wasn't his style. It was usually over within 4 rounds, one way or another. Roy Jones Jr is still pretty sharp, but he wasn't taking heavyweight bombs. Mayweather Jr. will retire with less head trauma damage - because of his evasive style. His dad "talks...like...this". Again, he wasn't getting clubbed by George Foreman.

Might as well close the topic. I don't want to argue the validity of the gloves if this is a trusted seller and no one thinks the signature looks a little strange. I will give it the benefit of the doubt.

Yeah, that was likely the call from a graphic designer perspective. It's legible and tilted symmetrically with the "OUT!!".

I know it's not a real pen and ink signature, but it could've been a printed signature. Being legible and symmetrical doesn't necessarily mean it's not a signature, albeit an older one they used that was printed on?

Probably not the case, but I had to wonder. 

Can't say I have, but thats not what I meant. I meant a signature from him last year may look different than one from 25 years ago.

It looks like an early Mike Tyson signature to me (not an expert).

A potential buyer could get a PSA/DNA quick opinion for $10 if they question the legitimacy of the autograph. However, PSA will take your $10 and respond with "likely not genuine" if they have even .001% doubt or concern.
