So this year was my first time attending the Renaissance festival in Michigan. Well, in any state actually, but that's not the point. My point is, until about five minutes ago I figured I wouldn't be attending a second time. No offense to anyone who digs this sort of thing - if you are into it, awesome - but it is simply something that I have absolutely no interest in, apparently. Save for all the mass cleavage. But that's still not my point. My point is...

I have come to the conclusion that I must attend next year, with my "crew", dressed as the beloved Canadian new-wave band Men Without Hats and just reinact the Safety Dance video all over the damn place. We may even have some dude like Lawrence (if I spelled that right) from the 1989 Batman film hauling around the boombox. It will be kind of okay.
