So for $20 today I got (sorry didn't have time to take pictures

NES;

Bubble Bobble

8 Eyes

Sesame Street 123

Adventures of DIno RIki

SNES:

Starfox

Zombies Ate my Neighboors

Zelda Link to the past

Zelda Link to the past  Million seller/greatests hits whatever tht ribbon thing is

It was a pretty sweet deal only thing was upon cleaning them I found that the Starfox was a pirate as it has those black glob chips. But still a good deal and the pirate works so at least I can play it until I get a real one.

I'm pretty sure Nintendo has used glob on their boards before. Ive seen them in smb/duck hunt before. Nice find by the way.

Yea I know they used it in the SMB/Duck hunt/WCTM because I ended up buying 2 of them before I found out but I would think they would not use glob in starfox since it is supposed to have the fx chip. Also I think this pirate may be sped up or overlocked. If it is that would be a bonus.

It's a safe bet the Star Fox cart is real. I have the same thing.

About the specific PCB:

http://www.snescentral.com/pcbboa...

From what I understand Nintendo used a different manufacturer for a number of PCBs.

-------------------------
Current goal: Attain at least 100 NES carts and gradually and as cheaply as possible attain all of the black box games (also cart only, but if any can be acquired CIB for cheap then I may go for that!).

^ Yes, they always did that for every part that I know of. If your PCB says Nintendo, it's probably real. Nintendo rarely didn't label the boards.

Maybe it is real I have to go back and open it up. But why would they use a glob board on something that has an fx chip? Wouldn't something like that require something more complicated? Obviously I don't know crap about chips and circuits and stuff but that just seems weird.
