I got this in a lot recently.  I know it was made by someone who does repros (according to the seller who got it secondhand), but I thought I'd see if there is anything more to say about it.  It's pretty cool how they made it be a multicart with a switch for changing the game.  The chip with the sticker over it has an open eprom window.  The games on it are the Burn-In / Controller test, Parodius, R-Type, and Contra III.

Is there any value or anything remarkable I should know about it?

Nothing remarkable there, unfortunately. Probably about $3 worth of parts, and the cart only handles games up to 8Mbit in size.

You COULD swap out those 4 ROM chips and place in any other 8Mbit LoROM games and it would also work, as long as that specific game didn't require an SRAM and battery...so that's kind of cool?

Neat. I think it's an old school bootleg/pirate myself too. They essentially sacrificed a real game for the CIC, which would have been relatively expensive. Perhaps they felt that making a multicart which retained the original game added some extra value to justify the expense, and then they took it all the way to its logical conclusion with four bootlegs per single board sacrificed.
