Any idea of the value?  Very excited to get this piece if the price is right.  Also (as shown in pictures below) the sign comes with a custom fitted frame.  It looks very good in the frame to boot.

I had one of these that was badly damaged and fixed it up, ended up selling it for $300. I'd say it's worth around 300-400 in that shape, it's def better than the one I had.

Ah I see.  I was thinking around $600-800.  This is good news for me as I (hopefully) will get the deal for a price that won't make my stomach turn so much.
