Really sucks I haven't had a chance to play this one yet. A kick ass game and I'm probably going to miss out on it. But if this hurricane doesn't do too much damage and we don't lose power, or not for too long, then maybe I'll have a chance at it. Done packed all my games away a couple days ago because of this shit ass storm, guess I could play on emulator, but too friggin' tired to really care at the moment.

Actually finished the whole game now without using a single continue. Its quite easy once you get the feel of how to play and know how the bosses move around.
This is how far I got on one life. Tried playing through the whole game without dying some times afterwards, but I always loses a life at the most stupid places (hate those birds) and gave up

Great game, definitely one of my favorites now

WOW! Huge score dude. I'll be uploading mine in a bit. Don't forget to delete your previous score though. It makes it easier to only count one score from each member.

Here's my entry. Damn ninja jumped out of know where and hit me in mid air. I'm happy with this score though. Did the whole thing with my sword only. I love that you can crouch while running.

High Score = 344,500

I should have done much more than that, but I got bumped descending a ladder and fell just aside of it and died. And yes, I racked a lot of points

How do you manage to get this score already at 8-1 ?
I only reach this kind of score at level 11. Got some nice little secrets?

Congrats on winning though

Thanks for posting for me Paul. Still don't have internet/cable or water at my house. I am at starbucks right now.

Heres my pic. I wanted to do more, but I kept making stupid mistakes and just couldn't take anymore

Mainly, I tried to use every second on the timer to boost my score. Many transition between 2 parts of a level reset the timer, so I tired to rack points before resetting the timer. The trick was to find a comfortable spot to respawn enemies and kill them quickly.

I had spot at 4-1, 5-1, 6-1, 6-2, 7-1, 7-2, 8-1 and more, but I could not get any farther before the end of the contest.

I think the Mog had similar techniques.
