If I were to buy one how much should i spend? Cant really find anything to compare to other than one on ebay for $2k

At the end of last year, a sealed copy sold for just over 1500 bucks, and since dropped a hundred bucks or so. Even sealed, 2 stacks is way to high imo. The market is crazy though, and Im no expert for sure. New vid with a Cheetahman 2 pickup coming soon from you?

video game price charting isnt right for this title at all. there price is right but all there links dont make that price. all those links are very old, and others have sold for waaay more. my copy i bought in that time frame isnt on there either.

this game is worth 1500-2000 complete. cart only about 1000-1200. sealed 3000+

I've never found a price I was comfortable with on Rarity Guide.  Especially once you get past loose cart.  I only use RG for their rarity % scale, trying to figure out if a price is a fluke or a trend.

Rarityguide is useless, and I mean that in the kindest possible way.  I think the last Chetahmen II sold on ebay for around $700 if I recall, although it was mislabelled as "Action 52" so that may have effected it's final price.  I'd put it around 1000 for cart only.

Yeah last couple carts i watched sold for 1000 and 1200. These had the sticker "cheetamen II" on them. I can see how a stickerless might go for a tad less or get confused with action 52 because they are recycled carts but yeah cart only 1000-1200 complete 1500-2000 sealed 3000
