It's done. Sorry for the delay. It's been a rough month.

I think you'll all find it to be full of quality info from some of our best and brightest. In the future when I can, I'll chip in as well, but this time it was most important to give a voice to our staggering amount of contributors. Enjoy, and post your thoughts here. Probably stupid question but where do we get a hold of this thing? It was mentioned it would be emailed, but I didn't see one show up, not even in junk mail
