I never bother with it, like ever no matter who it is

More often than not, I likely forget to do so.

If the person is in my immediate vicinity, I usually follow through at the next convenient opportunity. Most times though, I either forget or figure that if they want to say hello, they'll actually attempt to do it themselves.

Usually, yes, I just have to remember to do so. It's just polite.

I usually do as well; it's a natural part of conversation to let your ___ know that you saw so-and-so recently and they said hello.

I also will tell my ___ that I saw such person but I don't actually go on and "and he said hello to you"

Sure, otherwise there is no reason to call my parents   When I call my dad always ends our conversation with "you still collecting those NineTenDo Games".

Depending who is asking and who they ask me to say hi to I will do it. Sometimes I do forget to even if I intend to.

I do but not directly. I tend to say "Hey, I saw ___ the other day. S/He was asking about you..." and then I recap the conversation. So, I never tell them "Hi" from the other person, I just acknowledge that I met them and that we talked about the person I'm now talking too.

Family to family, though, I do pass on hugs from long distance grand parents to their grand kids.

I always tell them that the other person told them to go f*** themselves. Then when I see them again I tell them that the other person wants to fight them.
