I have a Classic Series Metroid manual (NES-MT-USA-1) in EX condition available for anyone looking to complete their set.  I ordered this manual as a replacement directly from Nintendo in the mid 1990s and never handled it much.  It does have some very fine wrinkles and minor stress lines to the cover (mostly along the spine) but no major creases.  Inside pages are pristine.  Last page says "REV-D".
