This is a question for Bimmy, Guill, or Bea regarding posting and updating scores:

" If you are posting an updated score, please edit your initial post with the new photo and score. You can still create a separate new post as a bump to notify you edited your score if desired. Editing your original post makes it much easier for the contest organizers to tally up the scores at the end of the week and also ensures that we don't make a mistake and credit you for the wrong score."

Is it okay if I do what I've always done and post my new score in my new post? And then edit out the picture from my previous score post and write "new score below"? I just prefer to be able to announce my scores and write about my strategy during an attempt along with my picture proof.

I know some people cause confusion with this but I've always been diligent about editing out my old score posts.

I prefer that people update their original post with the new score, but if you do post it on a new post, please edit the previous one to remove the score and the picture so I don't end up using the wrong score when tallying the results.

But I am starting to feel the need to write my on consolidation code rather than use Excel's pivot tables.
Dealing with them is being a pain and I am being unable to add a second sorting expression to the main and genre leaderboards to do a tie break by positions the players placed when they have the same amount of points.

Yes, please do this.  I can vouch for what a pain in the butt it is when people have multiple pictures and/or scores posted throughout a thread, especially with the more popular games that span hundreds of posts.

I appretiate all the past stat keepers but you have been the most punctual so far   

 

There was a formula error on the Palamedes excel spreadsheet that wasn't accounting for 9 points for the 3rd place, but rather 8 points.
The values have been fixed.
